Question: Is it necessary for my child/me to join weekly sessions?

Answer: No. Tutorkorp’s model is built on the fact that we target areas of need. This means that if a learner has gaps in one specific skill or knowledge area, our tutors will target this area and once resolved, the choice is up to the learner or parent to continue with the classes.

Question: Do we have a choice of tutors?

Answer: Quite simply, yes! You login, you look at the tutor profile and you choose the most suitable tutor for your child.

Question: What grades and subjects can we register for?

Answer: We offer all subjects from Grades 4-12. If you do not find a tutor for the subject that you are looking for, drop us a mail and we will gladly find a tutor for you.

Question: What online platform does Tutorkorp use?

Answer: No specific platform. Our tutors will be able to use Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom. This is guided by what the learner considers to be the easiest for them.

Question: If my child does not attend the class/session that is booked and paid for, will I be refunded.

Answer: Unfortunately, no. If you do cancel within 24 hours of booking the class, you will be more than welcome to reschedule to a more suitable time. This is based on the availability of the tutor as well.
